How fast can you get to my house for a leak?
Bergen and Passaic addresses usually 30–60 minutes. Essex and Hudson 45–90 minutes. We carry tarps in every truck — if we can't fix it that day, we'll dry-in until we can.
Will my insurance cover it?
If it's storm damage — wind, hail, fallen tree, ice dam — almost always yes. We've worked with State Farm, Allstate, NJM, Liberty Mutual, USAA, Travelers, and most of the smaller NJ regional carriers. We meet the adjuster on-site every time.
What if the adjuster lowballs the claim?
That's normal — happens about a third of the time. We file a supplement with the missed line items (sometimes whole sections of roof, often the drip edge and underlayment). About 80% of supplements get approved.
How much will I pay out of pocket?
Most homeowners pay just their deductible — typically $500 to $2,500 depending on your policy. We bill the insurance company directly for the balance. No surprise invoices.
Can you do a full replacement on a storm claim?
Yes — if more than 25% of the slope is damaged, most policies pay for the full slope (and often the matching slope to preserve aesthetics). We'll show you the line in your policy before we file.
What's the warranty on a repair?
